Things are heating up for Summer 2025 with the introduction of BLUFSF CUERO at the Bolt in Sacramento. This new BLUFSF social event extends BLUF’s reach to the California State Capital following a successful collaboration with 2025 Mr. Bolt Leather Colin Gallagher in March 2025. Feedback at the event at Sacramento’s Bolt showed that there is indeed interest in future BLUF events in the city and BLUFSF is than happy to oblige.

BLUFSF CUERO will serve as a sibling event to the monthly BLUFSF HARD with a limited, bimonthly run for the remainder of 2025. The first date is set for Friday, May 30th from 8PM to midnight and will feature a Bootblack, cigars, and drink specials for those who show up in BLUF gear. As with HARD, BLUF is encouraged but not required but all are welcome.

Taking a beat from SF’s ASHHOLE, we may hold a Longest Ash Contest toward the end of the night; the winner of the longest ash could win a prize. Cigars will be on sale with proceeds going to fund future BLUFSF events.

Presently, BLUFSF CUERO will be a bimonthly event to gauge its viability (May 30th/July 18th/September 19th/November 21st). If it is successful, the potential for it to become a more regular event like HARD is heightened. It’s continuation will be determined by YOU so spread the word and let’s get HOT this summer!
