The Bay Area Edition of our annual BLUFSF IN GEAR Holiday Dinner was very-well attended as 30+ Leathermen geared up and came together at the Basil Canteen in SoMa for an evening of great cuisine and camaraderie.

BLUFSF provided holiday cards to all attendees before we sat down for a family-style dinner. The menu consisted of starters (porpia, popcorn chickek, and giow grob) and main dishes (tua pik khing, pad tofu, kang gai, gai grapow, garlic & pepper shrimp & jasmine rice).

The BLUFSF IN GEAR Holiday Dinner has become an annual tradition since the end of the pandemic, providing Leatherfolx an opportunity to get together in gear during the holiday season. The dinner has historically occurred before the December of the monthly HARD event at the SF Eagle.

• The Basil Canteen: Many, many thanks to Arun for helping set up the ticketing portal for folx to sign up. Thanks to the restaurant staff for ensuring a smooth administration of food and drink. The menu was perfect and the service was excellent.
• The BLUFSF Team: Organizer SIR Aaron Wolf and Organizer Emeritus Ghee Phua were present to ensure attendees were welcomed and photographed.
• The San Francisco Leather Community: Your participation and attendance makes events like this worth putting on; thank you for gear up and showing up!
