BLUFSF

BLUF San Francisco (BLUFSF) is the Northern California-based local group of BLUF International.

BLUF stands for the Breeches & Leather Uniform Fanclub that started in October 1997 as a website for men into full Leather uniforms.

In September 1998, nearly a year later, BLUF held its first party at the Loading Dock in San Francisco during Folsom Weekend with about 150 attendees and was seen as one of BLUF’s most successful parties.

From there, BLUF’s reach grew as its membership grew reaching 1,000 members in 2003 and surpassing 2,500 in 2008. In early 2012, BLUF’s worldwide membership passed 3,000. Today, there are over 5,400 registered members from across the globe.

BLUFSF is an active “chapter” of BLUF and is kept active by volunteers who organize and host events throughout the year.
